To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:
- A brief reason for your return
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
- Your full name and order number
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send an email to support@glowwings.store with:
- Subject: Order Issue – [Your Order Number]
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Your name and order number
We’ll respond within 2 business days to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- If not found, email us at support@glowwings.store
We’ll investigate and do our best to assist.
Note: We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses submitted at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it.
After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
